Since joomla4 we are using a new download system.

We made new packages for the route dependencies these are now zip files without cdp files. Makes it easy to install missing content.
Also the atls and trc crossing packages are updated and put in a version for pre trs2019 and trs2019.
Also for the atls the triggers are put in packages pre trs2019 and tane sp1 and tane sp2 till ts2019.
The atls all in one is signal deleted from the package.

Attention in trs19 they have changed a few things again, that will flag an asset as bad when this is in the config:
animation 1 when there is no animation file. Just remove the line from the config.
